This is intentional. We are aware that the gap in the market is the Small to Medium Businesses, that are not in a financial situation to employ a full-time social media manager, even though every business should have at least 1 employed.

However, we feel that any sized business should increase its Social Media Footprint, and these are the companies we help to play in the big leagues. A company has to start from somewhere, and this is why we help, we want to see companies grow.

Our packages are affordable for any business to increase their social media footprint, and still provide more than the "recommended" daily posts per platform.

We cater to two types of Business Owners...

1) The client who does not have time to manage their Social Media Presence but knows the value thereof.

Our clients have the option of either leaving all the Social Media Marketing in our hands, or you could "monitor" your social media strategy, or even manage, edit and approve all your marketing, and article posts on our "easy to approve" platform.

Option 2: Approver - View all scheduled Social Media Posts, and comment/request changes on posts before approving posts. R75.00 Per User Per Month.
Option 3: Collaborator - All of the above, and can also publish new posts, edit current posts, and also respond to posts on our dashboard. R125.00 Per User Per Month.

Our Dashboard is accessible on Desktops, Apple iPhones/Ipads, and Android devices for ease of use.

Although the access is extra, we do encourage our clients to opt-in for one of the access accounts, as you will be able to monitor all your engagement, approve posts, as well as reply to any questions without the need to log in to your social media accounts, and also see your entire calendar of posts for the upcoming month.

If you have access to our platform as either a "Monitor", "Authoriser", or "Collaborator", you will be able to see all this information in your dashboard.

We also supply a report every month (for free) of how many posts were published, the engagement, etc. If you prefer to have a report weekly, or fortnightly, we have you covered. You can select as many reports as you would like per month, however, we do charge R25.00 per additional report.

If you would like us to engage with the clients on your behalf, our marketing managers can do that too. However, the best person that knows your business is "You". So we encourage our clients to manage these queries and to respond ASAP, as leads, and questions, are what increase your Social Presence.

To assist in management of posts, comments and questions, we can provide access to all your Social Media Accounts on one platform. For only R125.00 per month, you will be able to log in on your Desktop, Apple Device or Android Device, and manage/edit all your posts, as well as reply to comments and questions.

The additional accounts are priced per month and include your monthly promos, articles, and auto-generated posts, as per your already set up account.

These accounts do not include the additional design of banners or customised posts.

If you have a package that has 30 posts per month, then you can only add an extra package with 30 posts. If your account allows for 60 posts per month, you can add either an additional account with 30/60 posts.

*Facebook Groups can only be managed if we are added as an Administrator.

Your content is not duplicated in a manner that the posts are repeated, back to back! When we add your adverts and articles/blog posts, we add in variations of the same product/service/article.

With the lifespan of Facebook Ads being under 5 hours, and Twitter post's half-life being under an hour, it is imperative to keep posting for more engagement, and it is recommended to duplicate (or better, variate) the same adverts over a period of time. However, you do need "fillers" to be between your advertising posts. We use your Blog Posts/Articles, along with carefully curated media, to engage your clients, and grow your Social Media Platforms Organically.

A business page Cannot Just be all business, therefore we use a maximum of 50%/50% ratio on Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram, and we use a 20%/80% ratio on Twitter!

You can have a company manage your social media accounts, and market your social media accounts, but if you only have a company market your Social Media Accounts, then your Social Media Accounts would effectively have only a few (paid adverts) posts per month.

Paid Advertising utilises one, or only a few, (mostly variations), of an advert. Therefore only paid ads will be on your Social Media, and this will not build Brand Presence/Awareness and Business Confidence.

People want to connect to your company/brand, and if you only run paid Ads, your potential clients only see business, business, business...

All of our packages have a small amount of Social Media Marketing, which we use to increase your audience every month.

There is no simple answer, but a good place to start is to ask yourself... What do you want to achieve, and how fast do you want to achieve it?

We have had clients who spend thousands a month with Social Media Marketing (up to R60 000.00 per month), and we have clients who spend *R2 500.00 a month, and the goals are reached since with Social Media Marketing, you get what you pay for.

Social Media becomes more lucrative, the more quality engagements you get from your followers. Hence why our structure is not just set up to post ad after ad... this loses clients, and minimises engagement!

As an example, if you spend *R2 500.00 per month on Paid Advertising, you could grow your audience steadily at a rate of 2000 - 3000 page likes per month. The more likes you have, the better chance you have of selling organic products/services, and more engagements, the reason why you always need Social Media Management.

*R2500.00 is our minimum Social Media Marketing Package, however, our Social Media Management Packages range from R600.00 up. We charge a 15% mangement fee for Adverts, which includes the written content and images for your Ads.

The minimum that any Business Social Media Page should have is a Social Media Presence. i.e. a business must update their Social media accounts daily, and accounts like Twitter, at least 10 times per day.

It is a fact that around 5% of the people on your Social Media Business Pages even see your Posts, and this drops even more for Twitter, which has a half-life of only half an hour per tweet.

This is why you need to post regular, to keep your business in front of your followers.
