CooCoo Smart Site, Release date 1 October 2021 (Part 2)

The Launch Date was not Confirmed! The "CooCoo Smart Site" was just not "Smart Enough" for Stanley Rieck!

After forwarding the site and concept to a few of his peers, Stanley Rieck got valuable feedback. The Idea was great, the result was beyond expectations, and a "Truly Professional Site", Optimised for Search Engines, and still easily manageable by any person, which was a true revolution!

But the concept of the "A.I." and "Smart Site" was just not enough. Sure, there was no design necessary. The site knew where to put all the important "bits of information" that was fed into the form. It even knew where to put the "keywords, for search engines". But it was just not enough for Stanley Rieck (at this point you may be wondering if it will ever be?)

Stanley Rieck is a bit of a perfectionist, and will not put his name on anything if it is not up to his high level of standards. So he wanted the "CooCoo Smart Site" to be "Smarter". In July 2021, he started looking at ways of making the site even more automated and increasing the A.I. beyond just the Design, Layout, and Optimisation. He noted that 2 items that took a lot of the 60 minutes of the initial design stage were needed to be "Revised".

The first issue was the editing, and capturing of the Logo, and favicon, and getting the colours for the site design. The second issue was the writing and adding of the Blog Posts. He knew the importance of SEO for the website, as he has been in the website design, marketing, and Search Engine Optimisation field since March 2007! So a real value to any website is the Blog Posts. However, the CooCoo Smart Site was not so "Smart", there was no way to "Fire your Content Writer"... Considering that a Blog Posts in South Africa costs anything from R750 - R1750 per post... So Stanley Rieck started researching.

The breakthrough came in August... with a bit of investment, and weeks of work, the "CooCoo Smart Blog" was created. The concept was simple, yet effective. Just add an initial introductory line of text, add up to 5 keyword phrases... and wait for up to 3 minutes to get a unique, SEO friendly "Smart Blog Post". This was a serious breakthrough in the AI world of CooCoo. Not only can you design your website without any coding skills, or even logging into the Joomla CMS, but you could now create your own unique blog posts every 3 minutes.

While researching the "CooCoo Smart Blog" Add-on, Stanley worked with a developer to also find a way to automate the Logo Process, as well as provide accurate colours for the website. It was also completed in August, and now the CooCoo Smart Site could retrieve the logo from the client's website, and automatically select the most common colours from the Logo. The alternative if a client does not have a website was to simply upload the image, and then the CooCoo Smart Site would still select the colours. This means that now the process of designing the website, was reduced to well under 1 hour, and it even included adding Blog posts to your website.

But wait... there's more... as made famous by the "Scream" movie, way back when (giving away my age here). Another time-consuming issue that needed to be overcome urgently, was the adding of the business address, and Google My Business link. This was quickly rectified in September 2021, and by simply adding the clients business name, The CooCoo Smart Site would do a quick search on Google Maps, and retrieve all the relevant info (only if the client had a business listed on Google My Business, and luckily most people do). This was the final step for the CooCoo Smart Site, and throughout September we tested, and tweaked the system, to be ready for launch in October 2021.

At last Stanley Rieck was happy... the Idea had finally become a realisation. In testing, the website took between 25 minutes - 53 minutes per site build. This included all the basic info of the website, logo and images, setting up the first gallery, setting up the first blog post, and adding all the details to make the contact page work 100%. So here's to a truly unique, quick, and easy to use Website System, that would make any website designer proud!
